However, our primary operations are based in Eastern Time (ET), which is UTC-5 during Standard Time and UTC-4 during Daylight Saving Time, ensuring consistent scheduling and communication.

Can I share or reuse the Growth Playbook content?The Growth Playbook is for your internal use only. All content is copyrighted by Aha! Advisory. Sharing outside your organization or republishing in any form is not permitted without our permission.

What if I didn’t receive my session invite or report?Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still haven't received it, contact us at hello@ahaadvisory.com within 48 hours.

Is there a buffer time for sessions?We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re late beyond that, your session may need to be rescheduled based on availability.

How will my advisory session be conducted?All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, MS Teams or Google Meet. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link once your session is confirmed.

When is my session officially confirmed?Your session is confirmed once we review your background form, accept the booking, and receive your full payment.

What happens if a client behaves inappropriately during a session?We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session without refund if a client engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward our advisors.

What if something unexpected happens (technical failure, advisor emergency)?If an unavoidable issue prevents us from delivering the service (e.g., technical failures, personal emergencies), we will either reschedule at no cost or issue a full refund.

When is payment due?Payment is required after your session is reviewed and accepted but before your session is confirmed.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session without penalty. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a session is confirmed or a digital report is delivered.

Can I rebook if I missed or canceled my session?Yes. You may rebook a new session if you missed or canceled previously. Please note that no-shows may require a new payment unless otherwise agreed.
